Frequently Asked Questions
Where does the traffic data come from?
Our traffic data comes from multiple authoritative data sources, including public traffic statistics platforms and third-party data providers. The data is processed and verified to ensure accuracy and reliability.
What types of domains are supported for querying?
Supports all common top-level domains (such as .com, .cn, .org, etc.) and subdomain queries. Whether it's commercial websites, personal blogs, or corporate websites, traffic data queries can be performed.
Are there quantity limits for batch queries?
To ensure service stability and data quality, we have certain quantity limits for batch queries. Specific limits are dynamically adjusted based on server load, typically supporting batch queries of dozens to hundreds of domains.
How often are query results updated?
Traffic data is updated based on the update frequency of data sources, usually with some delay. We recommend using query results as reference rather than real-time precise data.
Why can't some domains be queried for data?
Possible reasons include: relatively new domains, very low traffic, data sources not including them, or domains with privacy protection settings. For domains that cannot obtain data, we will display corresponding status information.
Can query results be exported?
Currently, query results are displayed in table format. You can manually copy data or save screenshots. We are developing data export functionality and will support CSV, Excel, and other format exports in the future.
